Job Title: RN - Cath Lab Profession: Nursing Specialty: Agency Staff RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills - Self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to make quality, independent decisions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality - Competency in using various computer hardware and software systems Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as defined by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and state regulations. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA, including ethical practice and communication. Strives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
