- Number of Staff – 10-11 staff per day in cath lab
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – Mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists
- Night Shift – 0
- Patient Ratios – 3 staff per room
- Type of equipment – Client X-ray/MacLab
- EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
- Impella, balloon-pump
- Peripheral cases
- Complex PCIs
- Occasional devices
