Description:
The Cath Lab will provide scrubs and a lead apron for cases.
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Previous travel experience is preferred.
Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
1-2 calls during the week and 1-2 weekends per month are expected.
AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH certifications are required.
Candidates must possess a state or compact license.
Floating within the scope of practice is required.
Candidates must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI call.
Assignments may require working a schedule of 36 hours in a 48-hour pay period unless specified otherwise.
Ratios may fluctuate depending on census and call-ins.
Resource must reside within 75 miles of the facility to be considered.
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of an offer.
A cover sheet and driver's license are required for all submission packets.
Candidates may not be submitted for more than one job at a time.
2 references are required; 1 from a charge nurse or higher and 1 from a supervisor, both completed within the last year.
A copy of certifications is required for submission.
Candidates must be willing to accept an 84-hour schedule over a two-week period.
Travelers may only submit to one position at a time and must present any time off requests upfront.
Resignation from the system is required after working one year before returning.
