Responsibilities include assessing patient needs and developing care plans. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. The RN will monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergencies as necessary. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and their families. Maintaining a safe and sterile environment is a critical part of the job. The RN must be proficient in managing cardiac arrhythmias and understand sedation methods.
