Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 10 weeks Shift: Mon-Fri Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility in start and stop time Experience: Zero (0) to six (6) months of related experience License: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience Description: The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care. Utilizes the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures to monitor and evaluate patient functional status. Completes assessment and individualizes plans of care within established nursing guidelines. Carries out nursing care with consideration for cultural and psychosocial factors. Organizes, prioritizes, and performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population. Anticipates patient and unit needs. Demonstrates a sound knowledge base in bio-psychosocial factors.
