Description:
This is a travel position for a registered nurse in the cardiac cath lab.
The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays with call responsibilities.
The facility houses three labs with a patient ratio of 3:1.
The lab is equipped with GE lab equipment, Impella, balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS.
Documentation is performed using Merge Hemo documentation systems.
Nurses may need to float to cover nearby locations for STEMI calls.
Advanced skills such as EP experience are required.
Procedures performed in this unit include both diagnostic and interventional right and left heart catheterizations as well as peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Required uniforms are provided scrubs.
