Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist position available in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves performing and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures within a busy cath lab environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of current cath lab experience and hold valid certifications such as BLS and ACLS. The position requires on-call availability, with scheduled shifts during daytime hours.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current two plus years of Cath lab experience, certifications including BLS and ACLS, proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system, Maryland state licensure or equivalent, and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior employment with a Johns Hopkins facility (must be noted on the coversheet and in work history), familiarity with emergency procedures in cardiac care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Response time of 30 minutes from initiation of call to arrival. On-call pay is set at $4.00/hour. On-call responsibilities include one weekend per month, with rotation for holidays. The position involves responding promptly to medical emergencies and assisting in complex cardiac procedures.
