• Shift Timing:

  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• Hours per Week: 36 Hours Guaranteed

• Candidate Pay Rate: $62/hr (Blended)

• Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients in youth and adult settings

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and ongoing patient monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on safety and recovery

• Utilize de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care approaches

• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects

• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care

• Ensure patient safety through observation, intervention, and crisis management

• Float between Youth and Adult Behavioral Health units based on census

• Dual setting: Youth Hospital & Adult Behavioral Health Unit

• Patient Ratios:

  • Youth Unit: 1:4 (Days), 1:3 (Nights)

• Small unit capacity (approx. 8 patients in youth unit) for more focused care

• Strong emphasis on trauma-informed, patient-centered care

• Collaborative team environment focused on de-escalation and individualized care
