  • Weekly Pay:$2500 to $2700
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in outpatient clinical settings, including Primary Care, Specialty Care, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN
  • Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document clinical findings accurately
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, injections, and prescribed treatments
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and minor procedures
  • Perform patient triage, evaluate symptoms, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and specialty appointments as needed
  • Monitor chronic disease management programs and support preventive health initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, patient safety guidelines, and clinic policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Minimum 1 year of recent ambulatory care, outpatient clinic, family practice, primary care, specialty clinic, pediatric, or OB/GYN nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills
  • Experience administering immunizations and outpatient treatments preferred
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused care
