GU, Hematology, and Sarcoma exam clinics located in building with providers on-site. Lab, blood bank, and pharmacy located in building. Charge nurse out of staffing and average of 2 nurses out of staffing and available to help nurses on the unit. Nurses will care for 6-7 patients per shift with only 3 patients at a given time. All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Locals are accepted at the same rate Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required.
