Oregon CNA license must be in hand at time of submission. Description: The role involves working three days per week on a set schedule. The nurse will provide care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Primary responsibilities include chart preparation, follow-up phone calls, and general surgery support. The nurse will conduct patient health questionnaires and allergy assessments. Medication reconciliation and refills are also part of the role. Vital signs and pain assessments are to be obtained regularly. Patient teaching and communication with pharmacies for refill requests are essential. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to triage effectively. Floating to other areas within the facility may be required. Candidates must have experience with current charting systems.
