Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or equivalent.
- Current registration in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT (NM)).
- At least one advanced certification and current registry: NMTCB(PET), NMTCB(NCT), ARRT(CT), or ARRT(MR) (required).
- Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in molecular/nuclear imaging preferred, including SPECT/CT and PET imaging.
- Working knowledge of Nuclear Medicine Information Systems (NMIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, medical terminology, and radiation safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Preferred: NIH Human Subjects Protection in Research Certification.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:00 (5x8 schedule, Monday–Friday).
- No weekends. No major holidays.
- Job type: Travel assignment.
