There is a cancellation policy where the hospital can cancel shifts under specific conditions.

The technologist may be required to float to a nearby facility if necessary. The average number of scans/studies performed daily is between 5 and 10. Call is required after 4:30 PM on weekdays and includes rotating weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities. Scrubs are provided, and the color is teal. There is a cancellation policy where the hospital can cancel shifts under specific conditions. No starting of IVs is required for this position. The department has an in-house radiologist available. Registered Radiology Assistants are not utilized in this department.
