**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team as an RN!** - **Unit:** NICU (675) - **Location:** McKinney, TX - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Patient Ratio:** 2:3 - **Number of Beds:** 7 - **Unit Equipment:** BCPAP, HFNC - **Documentation System:** Meditech, CPN - **Scheduling:** Self-Scheduling **What You Bring to the Team:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - 2+ Years of Hospital/Specialty Experience - Level III NICU Experience - BLS Certification - NRP Certification - Ability to attend deliveries (all types, including C-Sections) - **Preferred Skills:** - Team player - Experience with Meditech **Essential Certifications:** - Active Texas RN License ONLY (temporary licenses not accepted) **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Royal blue and/or white scrubs - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy; no artificial nails or gel - **Hair:** Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer - **Tattoos:** Should be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited **Additional Information:** - Floating Policy: As needed - Attendance Policies: Follow company-wide guidelines **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
