• Floating: Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only)

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Level III or higher NICU experience required; 2+ years of neonatal nursing experience preferred
• NRP certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced neonatal care setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal neonatal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support family-centered care and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism while contributing to a supportive, high-performing neonatal intensive care team
