Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU setting for neonates with complex needs.
  • Manage ventilator support and administer life-sustaining medications.
  • Float between departments within AMBH and SR NICU as required.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement neonatal care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support holiday and weekend staffing rotations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years recent NICU experience, Level III or IV preferred.
  • Proven track record from larger Level III facilities if applicable.
  • Current BLS and PALS certifications, NRP preferred.
  • Proficient with EPIC EMR and recent travel nursing experience required.
  • Valid nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
  • BSN preferred but not mandatory.
