**Exciting Opportunity for Travel-RN-NICU!** **Job Description:** - Join an incredible NICU team in a vibrant setting! - Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM - Duration: 13 Weeks - Unit Highlights: - **Number of Beds:** 32 - **Staffing:** 63 dedicated team members - **Night Shift:** 1 charge nurse, ½ unit clerk, and skilled nurses to provide excellent patient care - **Patient Ratios:** 1:2 or 1:3 for optimal care - **Equipment:** Utilize advanced technology including Vents, Oscillators, and Vapotherm - **EMR Systems:** Centricity Perinatal and Meditech for streamlined patient management - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Ventilator experience - Experience with infants born at 23-40+ weeks gestation - **Preferred Skills:** - Ventilator/Oscillator expertise - CPN charting familiarity - **Typical Procedures:** - Intubations - Assisting with eye exams - Feeding tube insertions - IV insertions - **Personality Traits:** - Team player - Positive attitude; open to collaboration - **Required Certifications:** - CPR - NRP - **Additional Information:** - **Dress Code:** Royal Blue scrubs - **Weekend Commitment:** 3-4 weekends a month - **On Call:** None required - **Floating Areas:** Level II NICU and Newborn Nursery **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
