The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Submission Requirements

•  
  • 2 years of previous experience [required]
  • At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]
  • Epic experience [required]
  • State license [required]
  • Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Current MRI experience in Hospital/Medical Center setting [required]
• Proficiency/experience using G.E & Siemens Skyra [required]
• ARRT [required]

·        Copy of required certifications

·        References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]

**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **

Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction.

Moline level 2 trauma center

Muscatine level 4 trauma center

Rock Island level 1 trauma center

 

Certification Requirements

• ARRT
• BLS

EPIC EMR G.E and Siemens Skyra Equipment proficiency required
