Overview
MRI Tech travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date is June 8, 2026, for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,829 to $2,994. Shift is 5x8 Nights (typical schedule: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday through Friday) with the possibility of on-call coverage after midnight. Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations using GE HDXT systems (16.0 and 23.0), ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
- Position patients and select appropriate coils and imaging sequences to optimize image quality while minimizing exposure
- Monitor patients during scanning, administer contrast agents when ordered and in accordance with protocol, and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards
- Collaborate with radiology team members; document procedures and patient information in the hospital information system (Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred)
- Maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness; assist in room turnover and patient flow as needed
- Adhere to scope of practice and regulatory requirements; participate in on-call scheduling as required

Requirements
- ARRT (MR) Certification – Required
- Minimum 2 years of current MRI experience
- GE MRI equipment experience – Required
- Meditech Expanse experience – Highly preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification – Required
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings and to participate in on-call coverage; must have own vehicle and include perm address in profile

- Holiday and overtime multipliers of 1.25x
