Travel MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Projected Start: February 9, 2026
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI examinations including brain, spine, orthopedic, body, abdominal, and cardiac scans
- Operate GE 450W 1.5T MRI equipment in a Radiology Department settingutilize Meditech and Centricity PACS electronic medical record systems for imaging documentation
- Participate in weekend call rotation, typically one weekend per month
- Participate in weeknight on-call coverage, typically two nights per week from 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Adhere to department dress code (navy scrubs) and all facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- ARRT MRI Registry (MR) certification required
- Active Virginia state license required
- BLS certification required
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with GE MRI equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience performing cardiac MRI scans
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or Centricity PACS systems
