Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite | Midshift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Friday through Sunday | Projected Start: May 5, 2026
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and facility standards
- Operate MRI equipment safely and ensure proper patient positioning for diagnostic imaging
- Screen patients for contraindications and ensure safety compliance prior to scanning
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
- Adhere to all radiation safety, infection control, and departmental policies
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- ARRT certification in MRI or equivalent credentialing
- Current BLS certification
- Active state licensure or eligibility to work in Florida
- Ability to work a Friday through Sunday midshift schedule (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced imaging department
- Experience with a broad range of MRI procedures including neurological and musculoskeletal imaging
