Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for a permanent position in Concord, NC. This role involves working within a Level III trauma hospital and requires proficiency with Siemens 3T, GE 1.5T equipment, and EPIC systems. The successful candidate will perform MRI procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist
  • Examine requests and verify orders on each assigned patient
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures and explain the process
  • Perform MRI scans and assist during invasive procedures
  • Administer IV contrast in line with departmental protocols
  • Maintain MRI equipment and report any malfunctions
  • Ensure radiation safety standards are followed
  • Document all necessary information and maintain a neat work area

Requirements of the MRI Technologist
  • ARRT (R)(MR) and BLS certification required
  • Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA approved program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology
