Schedule / Job TypeContract | Evening Shift | 4x10 Hours | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI examinations including neuro exams, vascular exams, brain perfusions, diffusion studies, and pre/post neurosurgery imaging
- Manage a daily caseload of 15–25 patients across inpatient, outpatient, ER, and ICU settings
- Operate Siemens 3 Tesla MRI equipment (Trio and Skyra) safely and efficiently
- Administer contrast agents and utilize PACS systems in accordance with facility protocols
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately using Cerner EMR
- Participate in on-call responsibilities, including approximately 2 call shifts per month
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- Active Florida state license (no pending licenses accepted)
- ARRT Advanced certification required
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR and PACS systems
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a short-term acute care or teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with Siemens MRI equipment, specifically 3 Tesla systems
- Experience with neuro imaging including brain perfusions, diffusion, and neurosurgery cases
- Strong independent work ethic with a patient safety-first approach and excellent communication skills
