Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, Evening Hours per Shift: 8, 10, 12 hours Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent MRI experience License: ARRT, MR Registered Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR) Must-Have: Experience with adult and pediatric studies; proficient in neuro, MSK, and abdominal imaging; able to perform MRI studies for all body parts in various settings Description: Willing to consider local candidates within a certain distance. All candidates must badge in and out of the facility. Gray scrubs are required. Candidates must have experience with GE Architect and SECTRA PACS system. Candidates should be able to perform MRI studies for both outpatients and inpatients, including critical care and emergency room settings. Proficiency in neuro, musculoskeletal, and abdominal imaging is required. Candidates will utilize GE Explorer Lift 24.0 OS 1.5T, GE Architect 26.0 OS 3.0T, and Siemens Espree 1.5T. Working independently is essential. Floating to other units and departments is required; however, MRI staff will not float. The facility is a Level One Trauma Center with a stroke certification. Cancellation policies are in effect, allowing for client-initiated cancellations with advance notice. Experience with EPIC electronic charting is also necessary.
