Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: MRI Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT (MR) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum 6 months of current MRI Tech experience Description: This position requires a travel MRI Tech. The shift is from 07:00 to 19:00. The unit operates 3 MRI units with 1 staff member on the day shift and 2 on the night shift. The average patient volume for MRI is about 32 exams per day. The equipment used includes GE technology. Typical procedures include administering contrast agents and operating scanners to produce high-contrast images. Candidates should be self-motivated, engaged, and easy to get along with. Patient care experience is a priority. The department is busy with new GE equipment and a team that values good teamwork.
