We are seeking experienced MS/Tele RNs for a contract position at a leading healthcare facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient medications and treatments, including Cardizem and Insulin drips.
• Float to other units as needed.

Requirements:

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry and travel experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, NIHSS needed prior to start.
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner is a plus).
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
• Strong understanding of Med Surg ratios and acuity; Critical Care RNs may be considered.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.
