Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELEM) registered nurse for a hospital in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients on a 32-bed Step Down Intermediate Care Unit, with a focus on cardiac disease and stroke patients. The RN will float between units as needed, including post-op open heart surgery patients, stroke units, and peritoneal dialysis. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current RN license in Pennsylvania, 2 years of recent charge experience, 5/6 patient ratio experience, 1 year of Epic electronic medical record experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, stabilization in patient management, and experience with cardiac telemetry.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP, blood products, telemetry monitoring, and post-cardiac procedures.
- Additional Information: Candidate will be pre-screened by clinical staff for clinical fit; a maximum of 7 days of time off is preferred. Candidates may care for COVID patients and must be tobacco and fragrance free; notify prior to submission. Deployment includes orientation, and floating to various units with specialized patient populations such as stroke, cardiac, and dialysis.

- Certifications: AHA or ARC certifications only, with specific requirements for mammography and pharmacy/technician roles where applicable.
- Training Modules: Eligible travelers will complete pre-start, billable training modules taking approximately 5-6 hours.
