Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at a rural community hospital in Nebraska, requiring a valid NE or Compact RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

Details

  • Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a rural community hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active NE or Compact RN license currently in hand
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time RN experience required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Required certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS Stroke Scale
  • TNCC certification required (must be obtained within first two years if not already held)
  • ACLS preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • EHR experience preferred
  • Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
  • Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Rural healthcare experience is preferred
  • All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
