**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Med/Surg Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic Medical Surgical unit on the 5th floor! - Work Night Shift: 3x12-Hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00) - Patient Ratios: - Days: 1:6 - Nights: 1:6 - Weekends: 1:6 - Orientation: 24 hours - Daily Census: 32 patients **Your Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional patient care to adults and geriatrics - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including: - Physical Therapy - Respiratory Services - Interpretation Services - Phlebotomy - Radiology - Social Services - Rapid Response Teams - Pharmacy - Transportation - Unit Secretary **Required Qualifications:** - Registered Nurse with 1 year of recent experience - Must have BLS certification - CPI certification preferred - Experience with the following skills is preferred: - IV therapy/Phlebotomy - Blood Product Administration - Central line blood draw - Peripheral Line Care/Management - PICC line management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Feeding tube care and management - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) management **Additional Information:** - Float required to like units - 6 weekend shifts within a 6 week period - Auto offer for qualified candidates - Epic charting system **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
