Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN specializing in Neurosurgery and Neurology at a facility located in Baltimore, Maryland. The position involves evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with intractable seizure disorders within a Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitor Unit. The nurse will provide complex care for neurology patients in a highly specialized and intellectually challenging environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum 2 years of neurology medical-surgical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) orientations scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month
• Additional Information: Previous employment experience with any Johns Hopkins affiliated facilities must be disclosed on the coversheet and in the work history for verification purposes. Candidates with prior employment at any Johns Hopkins hospital or medical center must be absent from these facilities for at least one full year before applying as a traveler. The position requires a strong foundation in neurology patient care and can involve navigating complex neurological cases in a dynamic environment.
