Job Description :
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Urinalysis as assigned.
- Conduct blood typing, antibody screening, antibody identification, crossmatching, and compatibility testing.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor blood products for transfusion.
Investigate and resolve transfusion reactions and blood bank discrepancies. - Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform maintenance on laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Adhere to quality control, quality assurance, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, AABB, FDA, and facility policies and procedures.
