Job Title: Lab MT Profession: Lab MT Specialty: LABMT: Lab MT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: Registered Laboratory Technician Certifications: AHA BLS required Must-Have: - Blood bank experience required - Pediatric experience required - Experience with Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzer - Solid color scrubs - Hunter Green preferred Description: The position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a registered Laboratory Technician. Candidates must have certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or American Medical Technologists. AHA BLS certification is required. Experience in blood banking is essential. Experience working with pediatric patients is also necessary. Candidates must be experienced with Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers. Phlebotomy skills are not required but are preferred.
