Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Clinical Lab Scientist Duration: 59 days Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Client Clinical Laboratory Technologist License Certifications: ASCP Certification (preferred) Must-Have: Bachelors in Medical Technology or related science Computer literacy and experience with laboratory computer systems Good communication and organizational skills Description: This is a clinical laboratory position with a focus on chemistry. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and experience in laboratory computer systems. Effective communication and organizational abilities are essential. A Client Clinical Laboratory Technologist License is required. ASCP certification is preferred. Experience in a hospital clinical laboratory setting is necessary. Familiarity with various laboratory skills such as arterial blood gas analysis, immunoassays, and chromatography techniques is required. The candidate will be responsible for tasks including specimen preparation, therapeutic drug monitoring, and hormone testing. All candidates must comply with vaccination requirements. Travelers must have held previous positions away for at least 1 year and must meet specific compliance standards. All titles will complete modules prior to starting. Modules will be automatically assigned about 2 weeks before the start date and completed in the designated system.
