Visit patients in their homes—not in exam rooms
Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits
Focus on prevention, not reaction
Build real patient relationships—no rushing
Support seniors and families where they live
Use your clinical skills where they matter most

Must-Haves

1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
Comfortable traveling to patient homes
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits
