Position: Administrative Support Associate – Medical Practice Patient Representative $$SN$$
Location: Sharon, Connecticut
Shift: Days – 5x8s (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Duties
• Greet patients professionally and ensure a positive front-desk experience.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Answer phone calls, route messages, and maintain accurate communication via EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and referrals.
• Manage worklists and monitor applications as needed.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Coordinate retrieval of medical records for new and existing patients.
• Process patient intake and maintain documentation and records.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
