Pay Rate: $50–$55/hr on W2
Start Date: Minimum 5 weeks after fingerprint cards are received and processed by SEARHC
✅ National Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
✅ BLS Certification
✅ Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
✅ Flu Vaccine Required
✅ High School Diploma or GED
This role supports eye care services for patients of all ages and offers hands-on experience in optometry, imaging, and patient care.
Responsibilities: Room and screen patients for providers
Perform optical and point-of-care testing
Assist with eyewear and contact lens orders
Acquire ocular imaging (OCT, visual fields, retinal photos, topography)
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and patient follow-ups
Manage inventory and medical supplies
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
