Job Title: Medical Assistant Profession: Medical Assistant Specialty: Gastroenterology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred. License: Graduate of an approved school for Medical Assistants. Certifications: Current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Must-Have: Current CPR certification required. Description: We are seeking a Medical Assistant with experience in Gastroenterology. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a related field. A record of a completed diploma or equivalent is required for those performing complexity testing. Previous pediatric experience is preferred. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. No nights or weekends are required. Minimal travel to two locations may be necessary.
