Key Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant - PEDS PSYCH
  • Document patient interactions and care accurately
  • Triage patients and manage flow within the clinic
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families

Requirements of the Medical Assistant - PEDS PSYCH
  • 1 year of clinic experience required; psych and peds experience preferred
  • MA license; certification preferred but not required
  • Experience with EPIC Ambulatory highly preferred
  • Proficiency in documentation, triage, and scheduling
