Responsible for setting up exam rooms and checking in patients. Maintains a system for patient recalls, including continuity of care logs for lab tests, referrals, and transfers. Obtains vital signs and reports significant findings and pertinent patient observations to the supervising healthcare provider. Performs venipunctures as ordered. Conducts audiometry and vision testing. Completes other job-related duties as assigned. Commitment to the safety and well-being of associates and patients is essential.
