**Join Our Team as a Med Surg RN at Wilson Medical Center!** **Job Description:** - Orientation: Bi-weekly - Upcoming Start Dates: - 7/6 - 7/20 - 8/3 - Location: Wilson, NC - 45 miles east of Raleigh - 2 hours from the coast of NC - 1 hour from major universities (Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, East Carolina University) - 15 min drive to Lake Wilson - Home to the historic Fleming Stadium - Facility Details: - 294 beds - Joint Commission Accredited - Services provided: Cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more! - Position Information: - Role: RN - Specialty: Med Surg - Shift: 12 hour (7P-7A) - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Hours: Every other weekend - Call Requirements: None - Required Certifications: BLS, NIH - Years of Experience: 2 years preferred - Float Requirements: Yes – to Tele, ED as 2nd nurse - Unit Information: - Bed Capacity: 22 beds on each unit (3rd & 5th Med Surg) - Patient Ratios: 6:1 up to 7:1 - Equipment: Telemetry - EHR: MEDITECH - Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric - Hiring Profile: - Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in MEDITECH - Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg background - Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Surgical procedures, psych, and placement - Personality Fit: Family-oriented and supportive - Dress Code: - Scrub Color: Any - Unacceptable Attire: N/A **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
