**Exciting RN Opportunity in a Dynamic Med/Surg Unit!** **Job Description:** - Join our vibrant 4East Med/Surg unit located in Chattanooga, TN. - Work in a stimulating environment with a 30-bed capacity. - Patient Ratios: 1:6 for a balanced workload. - Collaborate with a dedicated team including Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management Professionals. - Use state-of-the-art equipment such as walkers, IV pumps, and SCDs to deliver exceptional patient care. - Document efficiently with Meditech, our streamlined documentation system. **Unit Specifics:** - Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule and participation in holiday rotation. - Floating Policy: Balanced rotation with other staff for diverse experience. - Patient Experience Goals: Achieve 72% satisfaction by utilizing innovative communication boards. **Hiring Profile:** - Required: Active RN license with a passion for teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication. - Advanced Skills Needed: Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, including: - Respiratory diseases/illnesses - Renal diseases - Gastrointestinal illnesses - Telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin gtts **Certifications:** - BLS certification required. **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
