• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shifts Per Week: 3

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Setting: Medical/Surgical unit in an acute care environment
• Schedule Note: Every other weekend required
• Location: Springdale, AR

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Registered Nurse experience required
• Current Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Cerner experience required
• ACLS preferred
• Ability to work in an on-site acute care hospital environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and respond to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments according to established nursing protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support Med/Surg unit workflow while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled
