Key Responsibilities- Perform mammography imaging examinations in accordance with facility protocols and standards
- Operate digital mammography and 3D/tomosynthesis imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout all mammography procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic imaging workflows
Required Qualifications- ARRT Mammography Certificate required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography
- Official documentation of at least 200 completed mammography exams within the last 24 months (must be signed by leadership)
- 15 breast-specific CEUs completed within the last 3 years
- Documented 8 hours of digital mammography training, 8 hours of 3D/tomosynthesis training, 40 hours of mammography training, and initial 25 supervised exams
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with tomosynthesis (3D mammography) imaging systems
- Familiarity with outpatient or imaging center environments
