Associate?s degree in Radiologic Technology: Required
Experience as a Mammography Technologist: Preferred
Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License: Required in OR: Required in OR
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ? Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ? Mammography (ARRT-M): Required in OR, Preferred in CA and HI
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Patient Ratio 15/day, Scrubs of any color, type of equipment do you used is Hologic, required

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
