Position/Specialty: Mammography Tech - Outpatient Clinic
Perform a minimum of 20 screening mammograms per day. Please make sure techs are aware of performance expectations.
Fast paced outpatient facility that requires autonomy, effective teamwork, positioning expert, great communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility.

Shift: 5x8s, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Is on-call REQ? No
Overtime - Technologist must be willing to shift work hours if overtime is involved. For example, if the tech works beyond her contracted shift, she may be asked to come in late the next day to eliminate overtime.
Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes, as needed the traveler will be asked to float between the East Cooper and West Ashley facilities.

: MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first. Radius rule is 60 miles. Locals will be considered at local rate
Previous perm staff(this includes PRN) must be separated from the MUSC system for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
South Carolina RN License:
MUSC will prioritize candidates that have SC license in hand. We will still consider candidates with a pending license at the time of submission please provide proof that they have applied for the license or confirm that they can complete the SC walk-through process. Traveler will not be cleared to report to the facility until SC license is issued/active.
RTO GUIDELINE FOR AUTO OFFERS:
If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account manager can auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of NON-HOLIDAY RTO. Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holidays will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process
We can only submit to one MUSC unit/campus at a time. If you do submit to multiple job IDs, please mention in the submission what their top choice is.
