Job Requirements

  • Certifications Requirements: MT Boilers License; Supervisory or management certification (preferred)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management; experience with boiler systems mandatory; familiarity with hospital maintenance protocols preferred

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain hospital boiler systems ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, establishing maintenance schedules and delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Perform inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
