Ambulatory Oncology LPN role

• Specialized hematology clinic caring for patients with sickle cell disease and thrombosis disorders
• Adult patient care
• Responsibilities include:
  • Patient intake and assessments
  • Vital signs and documentation
  • Vaccine administration
  • Point-of-care testing
  • Lab specimen collection
  • Care coordination and patient education
  • Collaboration with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary team

Requirments 

• NY State LPN License required
• BLS required
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
• Acute care/oncology experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
