Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Danvers, Massachusetts.
13-week Physical Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 35 guaranteed hours per week, working day shifts from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and monitor residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence while collaborating with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requirements: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for the applicable state
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfer techniques, and mobility rehabilitation
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
Excellent communication, organization, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
