Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related healthcare field
  • Certifications Requirements: State licensure as a Physical Therapist, BLS certification, and CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Manager or Supervisor, inpatient and outpatient experience, critical access experience preferred
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8a-5p; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage a team; proficiency with EMR systems; physically capable of performing required duties
