Opportunity:

Social Worker

Job Details:

• Work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mission Hospital's Memorial Campus
• Must have active LCSW license - no exceptions for other license types
• Self-scheduling system available
• Float to different units where needed throughout the hospital
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurse Case Managers (RNCM)
• Patient ratio of 1:40
• Utilize documentation systems including CERNER, NATE, and ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
• Business attire dress code required
• Must demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks required
• Must be able to build trust with team members, patients, and families
• Work in supportive leadership environment with great teamwork culture
• All units coverage across 815-bed facility
